Meet Dr. Nicole Gauthier
Dr. Nicole is excited to be treating the South Orange County community at Posture for Life Spine and Sport. She is a native to Southern California and obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology-Athletic Training from Cal State Long Beach before going on to obtain her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the prestigious Palmer West Chiropractic College in San Jose, Ca.
She chose to enter the sports medicine field because of her love for athletics and decided to pursue a massage therapy certification to help broaden her scope of knowledge while still in college. After working in Northern California at an extremely accomplished family practice and a local tech company’s wellness center, her passion for providing hands-on care led her to pursue her dream of having her own practice. She has a passion for women's health and works closely with a midwifery team at Saddleback Hospital. Dr. Nicole is a Webster Certified Practitioner and specializes in prenatal and postpartum care.
Today, Posture for Life Spine and Sport encompasses all of her training into a unique experience for each patient. You will find that she goes above and beyond with patient care and loves to help her patients achieve true wellness in life.
Have you ever experienced an injury? If so, did you take the proper time to heal and to regain mobility, stability, and proper movement patterns? For most people the answer is no, which is unfortunate since the number one predictor of an injury is a past injury. Injury prevention and corrective exercise require a professional assessment and screening. If you've been injured and are worried about preventing re-injury, call us to schedule a screening today.
